The charts below show shipping times for orders within Malaysia. Deliveries to outside Malaysia may take up to 30 calendar days. We define a working day as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Usually leaves our warehouse within 1-2 weeks 3-7 working days transit time 10-21 working days Backordered. Usually leaves our warehouse within 2-3 weeks 3-7 working days transit time 17-28 working days   EXPRESS DELIVERY: ORDER PROCESSING TIME (Displayed with Product) + STANDARD SHIPPING TIME = TOTAL DELIVERY TIME Usually leaves our warehouse in 1 working day 2 working days transit time 3 working days Backordered. Usually leaves our warehouse within 1-2 weeks 2 working days transit time 9-16 working days Backordered. Usually leaves our warehouse within 2-3 weeks 2 working days transit time 16-23 working days   Shipping Rates To calculate shipping charges: Place your item(s) in your cart. From the cart, you can see the estimated shipping cost for the entire order. During the checkout process, you can view the shipping cost per item, and even switch shipping options. Note: The estimated shipping cost is calculated based on an item's weight, size, shipping method and address. The shipping cost may be higher if your order involves multiple shipping addresses. Deliveries Deliveries to your home or business are managed and performed by our retail delivery service. During the checkout process, you can schedule a date to receive your delivery item(s). Standard delivery times are from 8 a.m. to noon and noon to 4 p.m. We are unable to accommodate specific delivery times within these delivery windows. Returns

(APPLICABLE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY) We will accept returns from customers for purchases sent back and received by us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment on the following conditions: Incorrect or defective item(s) delivered; and The items returned to us is in its original condition. We will extend a full refund for the price of any item that fulfills the above requirements.
